PayPal Balance: You can create a PayPal account for free at PayPal.com, and fund it by transferring from your bank account or receiving funds from other users. After ordering, a chat representative will let you know the details needed to send the funds.
PayPal MyCash Card: This is a gift card which you can purchase as these retailers. After purchase simply tell the code on the back of the card to the chat representative for redemption.
